{"id":139,"date":"2011-10-09T09:37:31","date_gmt":"2011-10-09T13:37:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gabmonkey.com\/arcade\/?p=139"},"modified":"2014-11-30T20:32:22","modified_gmt":"2014-12-01T01:32:22","slug":"assembling-the-computer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gabmonkey.com\/arcade\/2011\/10\/assembling-the-computer\/","title":{"rendered":"Assembling the Computer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When I originally put this together the computer was a\u00a0fairly\u00a0powerful\u00a0CPU, with a minimal graphics card. \u00a0I found that this setup was good enough to run most games and it included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AMD Sempron 3000+<\/li>\n<li>1 GB of Memory<\/li>\n<li>64MB Asus Radeon A7000 ATI Video Card<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>I&#8217;ve since modified this rig a bit, and am looking at a\u00a0newer\u00a0Intel CPU, moved to 4 GB of Memory (it&#8217;s cheaper than it ever was, and why not?), the biggest challenge was trying to find something that would do TV out.
